Anyone who has walked around Dana Point Harbor in California, knows this spot that looks out to Catalina Island. The combination of the red hot pokers, the eucalyptus trees and the ocean are so typical in that area too. This painting is meant to sooth. You can almost hear the breeze in the trees, the ocean lapping up against the land and the seagulls calling you home.
